This is a great opportunity to work closely with consultants, develop your expertise, and make a visible impact on the clients we serve!**What you’ll be doing:*** administering and managing a portfolio of pension and personal wealth clients, ensuring accurate records and smooth account management* supporting consultants in the smooth running of client accounts – from document preparation and workflow management to meeting coordination* handling client queries and maintaining high levels of service, resolving issues promptly and professionally* ensuring all activities comply with internal procedures and regulations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records* keeping consultants and clients informed at every stage, tracking case progress and flagging issues proactively* staying up to date with industry developments and making the most of training and development opportunities**What we’re looking for:*** minimum three years’ experience in financial services administration, ideally with pension or personal wealth clients* strong understanding of financial products and client portfolio management* excellent communication and customer service skills – approachable, clear, and professional with clients* high attention to detail with the ability to resolve client issues efficiently and accurately* organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball* happy working as part of a team or independently when needed; experience supporting senior consultants or leadership teams is a plus**Why join us?**At Mattioli Woods, you’ll work closely with senior leadership, contribute to high-level decision-making, and grow your career in a supportive, dynamic environment.
