Overview
Location: Grimsby
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (37.5 hours per week)
Our client is looking for an organised and detail-focused HR & H&S Administrator to join our team. This role is central to keeping our HR and Health & Safety processes running smoothly through accurate record-keeping, documentation, and communication.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administration support across HR and H&S.
* Maintain accurate employee records, including absence, inductions, and training.
* Administer HR policies, handbooks, and documentation.
* Support payroll administration and GDPR compliance.
* Complete and record routine H&S checklists and audits.
* Liaise with internal teams and external agencies in a professional and efficient manner.
Qualifications
* Strong administrative and IT skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Previous HR or administrative experience is an advantage.
