Key Responsibilities: Shape and maintain the digital product roadmap aligned with strategic goals and customer needs. Represent user needs through regular engagement and research, acting as the voice of the customer. Collaborate cross-functionally to design, develop, and deliver new and enhanced digital services. Analyse product performance using data-driven methods and refine direction accordingly. Facilitate discovery and test-learn activities to validate ideas and assumptions quickly. Break down complex problems into manageable workstreams for delivery teams. Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals. Communicate product concepts and progress clearly to stakeholders. Requirements: Must have the legal right to work in the UK. 3 years of experience for senior-level roles, 4 for lead-level, and 5 for expert-level roles. Proven background in digital product management using agile methodologies. Strong analytical skills and experience with product performance measurement tools. Experience in UX/UI design, human-centred design, or digital marketing. Ability to influence and communicate across technical and non-technical teams. Comfortable working in environments that value collaboration and continuous improvement. For Lead & Expert Roles: Leadership experience in managing cross-functional and/or global teams. Track record of developing and driving product strategy independently. Mentoring experience and ability to support the development of junior product professionals. Recognised as a strategic thinker and influencer across broader teams. Desirable Experience: Exposure to digital infrastructure services (e.g., networking, cloud platforms, automation, identity solutions).
