We’re one of Oxford’s fastest-growing AI startups, and now we’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help us win (and wow) our larger clients — agencies, consultancies, events businesses, and scaling B2B teams who want to transform their outbound performance.

What you’ll be doing:
* Own the entire sales cycle for larger accounts
* From first conversation to close, you’ll lead discovery calls, run tailored product demos, navigate stakeholders, and guide prospects to a confident “yes”.
* Convert warm inbound demand into high-value revenue
* We have a strong flow of interested prospects — you’ll turn them into delighted customers.
* Build trusted relationships with key clients
* You’ll manage and support a portfolio of larger and more strategic accounts, ensuring they get real outcomes and love working with Benji.
* Collaborate across the organisation
* Work with product, marketing, and customer success to bring customer insights into the heart of how we build.
* Shape how we sell
* As an early sales hire, you’ll help refine our pitch, improve our processes, and create repeatable ways to win enterprise-level clients.
This role will suit someone who
* Has 2–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, consulting, MarTech, or a similar space
* Has proven experience closing deals — not just booking meetings
* Enjoys consultative, relationship-led selling (not transactional pitching)
* Is energised by early-stage environments, where you build as you go
* Is confident, curious, and loves understanding how businesses work
* Wants to grow their career fast as Super Benji scales rapidly
