Secretarial Administrator Temporary ongoing contract Weekly pay £12.21ph increasing with length of service Mon to Fri 8.30am to 7pm The primary function is to provide an efficient, effective and high quality administrative and secretarial service. The role requires a proactive approach and commitment to continuously improving the service provided. It encompasses meeting administration, minute taking, diary and email management, and using initiative to resolve day to day issues. Skills in Microsoft applications are essential. Main Duties and Responsibilities Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support as directed: 1. To work collaboratively with other Personal Assistants to promote management of priorities, workflow and diaries 2. Provide a totally confidential support role, dealing with personal and sensitive correspondence on a regular basis 3. Deal with all mail, emails, telephone calls, personal callers and routine enquiries in an appropriate manner, drafting replies on behalf of Board/team members as required, and keeping them informed of developments within appropriate timescales 4.
