Service Manager / Aftersales Manager – Skoda Dealership in Birmingham (Maternity Cover)
£34,000 basic salary with a £12,000 bonus on top.

Role and Responsibilities
* Accountable for all workshop, service, and parts department staff; manage, coach, and develop the team.
* Plan, forecast, and deliver sales targets.
* Grow workshop utilisation and efficiency.
* Manage your own budget to drive the business forward.
* Work closely with the head of business and other department managers to drive overall performance.
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Aftersales Manager.
* Drive to meet agreed KPIs and brand standards.
* Track record of profitable results and exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Strong management and leadership skills with a winning mentality and passion for the brand.
* Motor trade, automotive, or car dealership experience is necessary.
