A well-established and highly regarded law firm with offices across Surrey and Hampshire is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its respected family law team. The role is available at either the firm's Petersfield or Haslemere office, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements on offer.The RoleThe successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial remedy proceedings
* Child arrangements and Children Act applications
* Cohabitation disputes
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
The role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with a knowledgeable team in a firm that values a client-focused, constructive approach to family law.Candidate ProfileApplications are welcomed from solicitors with:
* A minimum of 2 years' PQE in family law (other levels of experience will be considered)
