Support Worker

Moor Court Care Home in Bodenham, is a residential service where we support up to 14 adults with varied needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that can challenge.

Situated midway between Hereford and Leominster, we’re just a 10 minute drive away from these areas. We can offer you a warm, supportive working environment where you be part of something truly rewarding — it’s time to make the magic happen.

What we’ll give you:

1. £13.30 per hour.
2. 27.5 hours per week (would be three shifts one week, two the next), 4 week rolling rota.
3. Alternate weekend working.

What you’ll be doing:

10. Supporting individuals with their personal, physical, and emotional needs throughout the night.
11. Completion of nightly duties, including domestic and administrative tasks.
12. Undertaking training online and face to face where necessary.
13. Taking part in the chosen activities of the people we support.
14. Personal care.
15. Shift times: 9 pm to 8 am.

Who you are:

16. The successful candidate will have the aptitude, desire, and commitment to work in social care with adults with a variety of needs.
17. Flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude.
18. Motivated and a team player.
19. Experience working in a social care setting supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that can challenge preferred but not essential.
20. Drivers preferred but not essential - all applicants must be able to travel to Bodenham.
