This is not a tick‑box environment; you’ll have influence, autonomy, and a voice in how the commercial function evolves.You will:
* Manage cost planning, forecasting, and budgeting from pre‑construction through to final account.
* Lead subcontract procurement and negotiation to ensure optimum value.
* Drive commercial strategy to maximise project profit while maintaining client satisfaction.
* Work closely with operations and directors to provide informed, accurate commercial reporting.
* Mentor junior staff as the team grows.
