The Role
The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the hotel, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise hotel operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day function.
* Monitor service standards and resolve guest issues promptly.
* Support and coach department teams to maintain operational excellence.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
* Prepare operational reports and liaise with senior management.
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience in hotel management or supervisory role.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Professional, flexible, and capable of managing high-pressure situations.
