We are currently looking for an experienced Groundworker / Bricklayer Multi:Trade Operative to join our growing team working across Bedfordshire and surrounding areas on social housing repair and maintenance contracts.
This is a mobile role carrying out a variety of reactive and planned repair works to occupied and void properties. A company van and fuel card will be supplied.
Key Responsibilities
Brickwork repairs and repointing Slab laying, paving and fencing repairs Concrete and drainage repairs Groundworks including excavation and reinstatement Carrying out general multi:trade repair works where required Working within occupied social housing properties and communal areas Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements Providing excellent customer service to tenants and clients
Requirements
Proven experience as a Groundworker and Bricklayer Experience working within social housing or domestic repairs environment preferred Ability to carry out multi:trade works beneficial Full UK driving licence required Good communication and customer service skills Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
