Overview

Do you have a passion and commitment to working for a charitable organisation that supports people in need to improve their quality of life.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Training Administrator to join our collaborative and compassionate HR team at a pivotal moment in our journey. As we embrace digital transformation across the organisation, this is an exciting time to come on board and help shape how we use data and technology to enhance our people practices.


Responsibilities

* Provide essential administrative support
* Coordinate training activities
* Assist in transitioning from paper-based systems to digital platforms
* Contribute to data analysis and reporting to unlock insights for better decision making


Qualifications

* Strong Excel skills
* Keen eye for detail
* Passion for continuous improvement
* Experience in HR Administration and/or training coordination is desirable but not essential
* Experience in an administrative role is essential
