Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal teams and external partners. Maintain organized records and streamline office processes. Assist in coordinating meetings, communications, and project follow-ups. Responsibilities Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for various departments. Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical. Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and office supply management. Support event planning and coordination as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of administrative projects. Perform other administrative duties to support business operations. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
