We are looking for a an enthusiastic and proactive GP to join our multi-disciplinary team for 6 sessions per week.
Key points to consider in being part of our team:

4 appointments per hour
No duty doctor- overflow each day managed by a shared team of GPs and AHPs
Innovative supervisory GP model for acute and routine care
Home visits largely conducted by paramedics
Regular teaching from external consultants and a doctors meeting protected as CPD with lunch provided
What we are looking for:
Motivated individuals with a positive, proactive approach to general practice
Ability to work as part of a team and sharing the workload with colleagues
Ability to manage clinical uncertainty and risk in own clinical practice and whilst potentially supervising a team of allied health professionals
Main duties of the job
* Providemedical services for the practice population to a high standard, includingday-to-day activities such as surgery consultations, telephone advice,telephone consultations and home visits and appropriate administration toensure accurate records, patient continuity and quality of care.
* Complywith the requirements of the practices General Medical Services/PersonalMedical Services (GMS/PMS) (17c) contract, Enhanced Services contracts,educational/training delivery contracts and private contracts.
* Adhereto the principles of good medical practice.

Brookside Group Practice, part of Earley+ PCN, is a forward-thinking training practice, providing mentorship to individuals to help them realise their full potential. We are a member of the BOB ICB (Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Integrated Care Board), for which we are rated good and have a history of high QOF achievement.
Serving approximately 31,000 patients from our 4 surgeries in Earley, Lower Earley, Winnersh and Wilderness Road, we have a large multi-disciplinary team of around 130 people. Our collaborative team comprises of Doctors, Physician Associates, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Pharmacists, Primary Care Paramedics, Health & Wellbeing Advisors, MSK Practitioners and Support & Administration staff.

Job responsibilities
We are a training practice, use the EMIS Clinical system and have a strong emphasis on proactive teamwork.
The successful candidate will work as part of the clinical team and be responsible for providing a high level of service to our patients.
