Pension Admin Systems Installer This role will work within Pensions Admin Systems at Isio and be responsible for on-boarding new pension schemes onto our pension systems. This position is integral to ensuring the effective delivery of work within the Pension Administration business, with a focus on the successful and accurate migration of pension data. As Pensions Admin Systems Installer you will report into the Work/Skill Leads and will be part of the Admin Systems team. The role will work closely with the Pension Administration business as well as stakeholders from across Isio. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and previous experience in Pension Administration data migration projects. This role will ideally be based in our Belfast, Birmingham or Manchester office with a hybrid workstyle, but other office locations can be considered. What does the role entail? Deliver data migration projects for Pensions Admin Systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity Analyse, map and transform pension data from source to target systems using SQL Deliver tasks consistently and efficiently Liaise with team members to ensure that the delivery of solutions is consistent and effective Collaborate with Work and Skill Leads to develop solutions to enhance installations Build optimised solutions to reduce ongoing maintenance overheads and deliver efficient solutions to the administration team Support the design and implementation of processes and procedures relating to scheme installations Work with the Project Managers, Projects, Administration, Payroll, Actuarial teams to deliver installations ready for processing What we’re looking for Proven track record in pension administration data migration projects, particularly those involving pension scheme and payroll data Advanced proficiency in SQL (including skills such as T-SQL, views, stored procedures) Ability to set up pension related processes (e.g. Pension increases) for installed schemes Effective management of key stakeholders at all levels within a corporate environment Excellent verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal skills Experience of modern pensions administration systems Excellent planning and organisational skills Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to delivering work What you can expect in return A competitive salary and market leading bonus scheme with stretch targets for high performance Study support to help you achieve professional qualifications, with salary increases for exam passes Development and training opportunities to support your career ambitions throughout your time with us A friendly, and supportive team who will help you to deliver your best work You can find out more about us and the benefits we offer on our career pages What’s next?
