This full-time position begins in February and focuses on providing personalised support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) through one-to-one and small group interventions. Your Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored support to pupils with SEN, individually and in small groups Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering differentiated activities Support the implementation and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to monitor progress Adapt strategies to meet evolving pupil needs What We’re Looking For: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Previous experience supporting children with SEN A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare Level 2 Safeguarding certification (or willingness to complete training) Why Join Teaching Personnel?
