required to support two Year 1 children with ASD. The role involves providing 1:1 support to two children across the school day.
Morning :
Working with a child who requires a proactive, energetic and engaging approach to help them stay focused and on task. Working with
a child who would benefit from calm, consistent support and somebody who can recognise triggers, understand behavioural traits linked to ASD, and able to implement strategies to maintain engagement and emotional regulation.

Start as soon as possible - Monday to Friday (Term time only)
Provide 1-1 support to two children with ASD.
Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies.
Support pupils with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation.
Promote inclusion and encourage independence.
Experience supporting children ASD.
L2/L3 Teaching Assistant, Childcare or SEND qualification.
