About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our clients sales team and drive business growth. This is a strategic role for a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
 * Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
 * Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support
 * Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
 * Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align efforts
 * Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management
Requirements:
 * Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role
 * Strong leadership and team management skills
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
 * Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
 * Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
 * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
