A community-based company, famed for creating unforgettable experiences for families, is on the hunt for a CRM & Loyalty Lead, working to develop data-driven email, loyalty, and partnership campaigns. The right candidate will be a strategic marketer with the ability to combine their CRM expertise with customer insight, creative thinking, and relationship building. Location: Solihull (three days in office) Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum At least three years worth of experience in a CRM and Loyalty role, ideally within a marketing agency or a high-performing consumer/partnerships company A strong understanding of CRM Systems, automation tools, and customer data platforms Proven experience executing successful customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns First-class analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer data and translate it into actionable insights Happy to define and deliver the CRM strategy across ticketing, membership, and discovery Able to build and enhance loyalty initiatives that increase customer lifetime value And what do you get in return?
