Customer Support Advisor

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Support professional to take ownership of the entire online order journey - from first contact to post-sale care. As part of our Customer Support team, you’ll guide customers through purchases, resolve queries, and deliver outstanding service across multiple online platforms.
What you’ll do:

Provide excellent Customer Support via phone, email, and live chat.

Advise on products, process payments, and handle returns or refunds.
*
Manage online orders, liaise with couriers, and ensure timely dispatch.
*
Drive sales through proactive Customer Support and product recommendations.
What you’ll bring:

2+ years’ experience in Customer Support or sales within an office environment.
*
Confident communicator across all channels.
*
Strong organisational skills with sharp attention to detail.
*
Experience using CRM and e-commerce systems.
*
Flexibility to work weekends (40 hours/week, including 2 weekend days per month).
