Job Description To ensure all areas of the club are always clean, hygienic, and well-presented Perform daily cleaning duties throughout the club, including gym areas, studios, changing rooms, poolside, reception, toilets, and communal spaces Replenish consumables such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels Empty waste receptacles and manage recycling Carry out regular deep cleans by cleaning schedules and health & safety standards Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly Work independently and as part of a team to maintain cleanliness throughout all operating hours Deliver excellent customer service, being friendly and approachable when interacting with members Think without limits - Think fast, think fearlessly and take the team with you Own it and back yourself - own the basics, own your role and own the results Be relevant - Relevant to our people, our partners and the planet
