The Role:
* This is dealing with snagging works on a housing site ready for the hand over of properties.
* Patching works for plaster and bricks.
* cutting out work
* Painting work
* Small bits for finishing joinery works from ironmongery to skirting etc.
* General site cleaning and tiding.

About You:
* Candidates must have a valid SSSTS or SMSTS card
* a Good eye to attention to details
* Two commercial relevant References.
* Can do attitude with a strong work ethic
