About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Care Administrator to join our team. This role will involve providing top-notch customer service, building relationships with clients, and resolving complex queries in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer inquiries and process requests via phone using our ticket management software.
* Make outgoing calls to customers to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
* Develop proactive relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high levels of retention.
* Participate in ongoing development and contribute to personal learning and improvement.
* Stay up-to-date with company processes and understand the business structure and product portfolio.
Requirements:
* Fluent oral and written English and German skills.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Knowledge of sales process and ordering systems is desirable but not essential.
* Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.
* Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach.
* Problem-solving skills, initiative, and open to continuous improvement and learning.

Shift Patterns:
We have two different shift patterns available:
* Shift pattern A: 5-week rotational shift, Monday to Friday, with varying start times.
* Shift pattern B: 5-week rotational shift, including late Saturday shifts, with varying start times.
Location:
This role is based in St. Neots, with flexibility to work in a hybrid way dependent on the needs and requirements of the role.
