The Role - Behaviour Mentor
Qualiteach are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Harrow on a full-time, long-term basis. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be supporting students who have been excluded from mainstream education, working on a 1:1 and small group basis to help manage behaviour and re-engage them in learning. You will implement behaviour strategies, support emotional regulation, and build positive relationships with students. Resilience, patience, and previous experience in a similar setting are essential. An enhanced DBS on the update service is required.
The School - Behaviour Mentor
The PRU is based in Harrow and caters for students aged 11-16 who require additional behavioural and emotional support. The provision has a strong focus on inclusion, reintegration, and providing students with the tools they need to succeed both academically and socially. Staff benefit from ongoing training and a supportive leadership team.
