Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £45,000 - £70,000)

The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll identify and place ambitious talent across the full spectrum of marketing disciplines. This comprehensive role spans traditional marketing communications, PR, campaign management, product marketing, and the entire digital marketing ecosystem. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates, working with professionals ranging from entry-level to senior positions.

Key Responsibilities
10. Proactively identify and approach high-caliber marketing professionals across all specializations
11. Source and headhunt top talent using various recruitment methods
12. Develop and maintain a comprehensive network of marketing professionals at all levels
13. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job qualification to placement
14. Build lasting relationships with key clients across various marketing sectors
15. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
16. Qualify new business opportunities and conduct client meetings
17. Attend industry events and networking opportunities
18. Maintain accurate records using our CRM system
19. Contribute to the company's social media presence and employer brand
Required Skills & Experience
20. Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
21. Strong understanding of the broader marketing landscape
22. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
23. Proven track record in meeting sales targets
24. Resilient and self-motivated personality
25. Advanced networking and relationship-building abilities
26. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
27. Knowledge of current marketing trends and technologies (desirable)
