Job Summary
Hold a current NPLQ qualification. The post holder will work a shift pattern with mornings, afternoons/evenings, and weekend shifts (Mon‑Fri 09:45‑17:00, Sat Sun 09:45‑17:00). The role is a lifeguarding position based at the hydrotherapy pool, supporting therapy sessions and private hires with lifeguards from Odstock Health & Fitness centre.
Main Duties
* Safeguarding customers and patients using the hydrotherapy pool to ensure a safe and well maintained swimming facility.
* Assist with the promotion and marketing of membership and services.
* Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of the hydrotherapy pool, facilities and changing areas.
Qualifications & Experience
* Achieved NPLQ qualification with experience and logged training hours.
* Experience in dealing with members of the public.
* Experience in communication in a customer focussed environment.
* Disclosure and Barring Service Check (Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975).
