Purpose of Role
We are currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join our Education Team overseeing a School PFI contract in Doncaster and Sheffield.
Job Description
This contract is across six schools within the area which we are delivering a TFM solution
Responsibilities
* Ensure all supporting functions sustain operational management to maximise returns in terms of profit and service level.
* Identify, manage and reduce all unnecessary costs and inefficient activities – ensure business risks are clearly identified and controlled.
* Provide direction, focus and consistency across the contract
* Working closely with the client
* Managing performance of delivery teams
* Reviewing project schedules and budgets
* Ensures that robust on-site procedures are established and employed and undertakes daily checks.
* Identify improvement, to overcome problems and mitigate risk.
* Seeks opportunities to improve on provided information for commercial or practical benefit.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
* Contract Management experience within Facilities Management (Essential)
* Understanding of the delivery of TFM (Essential)
* Staff Management
* IOSH
