The Opportunity As our Site Engineering Manager, youll play a critical role in developing and delivering our engineering, people and technical strategies. You will lead a diverse, skilled engineering team, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations across all manufacturing and site services. Youll be the driving force behind engineering improvements, capital projects, and long-term cost-saving initiatives all while fostering a culture built on safety, continuous improvement and teamwork. Key Responsibilities :
Lead and embed a strong Health, Safety & Environmental culture across Engineering and the wider site.
Ensure engineering operations meet internal, customer, and industry technical standards.
Maintain and enhance a 24/7 manufacturing environment through effective resource planning.
Oversee maintenance, site services and engineering spend including budgets and forecasts.
Set and monitor PPM, breakdown and performance measures to drive continual improvement.
Lead capital projects from concept to implementation.
Inspire, develop and lead a team of (Managers, Engineers, Site Services, Systems).

Excellent communication, numerical and problem-solving skills.
