Food Technician – Full Time Location: Wirral Start Date: September 2025 Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only Our partnership school in the Wirral is seeking a dedicated and organised Food Technician to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for supporting teaching and learning in Food Technology, ensuring a safe, well-equipped, and inspiring environment for students. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, set up, and clear away materials, ingredients, and equipment for Food Technology lessons. Support teaching staff during practical sessions. Maintain hygiene standards and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations. Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment to a high standard. Requirements: Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility and reliability to work full-time, Monday to Friday during term time. Previous experience in a school or catering environment is desirable but not essential.
