We are looking for an experienced Synergist user to join our QA Tester team. No prior testing experience is needed - your insider knowledge becomes your superpower. We want someone who can turn that knowledge into testing gold. If you have a keen eye for detail, patience, and a passion for improving user experience, we’ll provide the training and support to help you become a skilled QA Tester.

Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 a year
Location: Cheadle Hulme, Manchester (Hybrid position 2-3 days in office depending on location - fully flexible working hours)

What you’ll do
* Bring in your current knowledge and expertise on Synergist
* Learn and apply QA methodologies to Synergist software
* Perform functional, performance, and regression testing
* Collaborate with developers and the QA team
* Plan, script, and execute tests
* Identify and report bugs
* Document release notes and attend daily stand-ups
