Property Manager – Watford
Are you ready to take the next step in your property management career with one of London’s leading estate agencies? We are seeking an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Property Manager to join our growing team in Watford.
Location : Watford, Hertfordshire
Contract : Full-time, Permanent
⏰ Hours : Monday to Friday (9am – 5:30pm), with 1/2 days per week to work from home
Salary : £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Your Role:
Serve as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, providing expert advice and support
Manage tenancy progressions, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient management
Oversee maintenance requests and projects, ensuring properties are well-maintained
Handle the financial and legal aspects of tenancies with full training provided
Collaborate with a close-knit team to complete all tasks on time
