* Solid knowledge of furniture production, joinery, and woodworking machinery.
* Strong planning, organisation, and communication skills.
* Passion for quality, sustainability, and social impact.
* Hands‑on leadership style, with line management experience. Being proactive, solution-focused, and approachable.
* Driving licence and ability to drive a 3.5t van.
Desirable
* Proven experience leading a workshop, production team, or similar manufacturing environment.
* Experience in upcycling, restoration, or circular economy practices.
* CNC experience.
* Knowledge and passion around sustainability.
