Sales & Business Development Executive – Commission-Driven Hunter Wanted

Location: Remote / Hybrid (UK-Based)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Sparrow Construction Ltd is a specialist subcontractor delivering aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling systems across the UK. Known for rescuing stalled façade projects, our reputation is built on speed, technical accuracy, and commercial discipline.

We’re scaling our sales team and seeking hunters who can prospect, chase, and close. This is an opportunity to earn and grow with us.


About the Role

This entry-level, performance-first role is for someone who lives for the chase. You will generate leads, qualify opportunities, and build your outbound pipeline using tools like Barbour ABI, LinkedIn, and direct outreach. Your focus will be on calling, opening doors, and driving deals, with training from the MD and Sales Director. There is a clear pathway to promotion into Regional Sales Manager or BD Manager roles.


Key Responsibilities

* Build outbound pipelines — fabricators, developers, contractors
* Meet outreach targets: calls, emails, connections
* Book meetings and generate 3–5 strong leads weekly
* Utilize ABI, LinkedIn, CRM, and cold outreach
* Collaborate on quotes and track progress in CRM (Capsule)
* Manage prospects from first contact to conversion


Compensation & Growth Path

Base Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience

Commission: 8% of net margin on self-generated deals; 4–5% on company-supplied leads

Quarterly Bonus: £500 – £750 for meeting/exceeding targets

Loyalty Bonus: £1,500 after 12 months if benchmarks are met

Year 1 OTE: £38,000 – £50,000+ with uncapped earning potential


What We’re Looking For

* 1–3 years of sales, telesales, or cold outreach experience (B2B preferred)
* Confident with cold calls, follow-ups, and LinkedIn prospecting
* Highly driven, target-focused, and resilient to rejection
* Comfortable working independently and tracking progress
* Curious about construction — training provided
