The chosen candidate will need to be familiar with working to KPI’s and be an effective team motivator to drive sales within store. The business has a strong focus on customer service and therefore is looking for someone who is familiar with building client customer relationships to encourage brand loyalty/repeat business. A fast-paced fashion retail background is preferred with an understanding of how to streamline operations and manage operational processes/data accurately. The role is paying up to £38,000.
