We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy financial planning practice. You will ensure smooth management of people, systems, compliance, and operations, allowing advisers to focus on delivering excellent client service.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys bringing structure and efficiency to a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage staff onboarding, contracts, absence, and appraisals
* Oversee back-office systems, IT, and data security
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain policies
* Support business planning, reporting, and project delivery
* Improve operational processes and identify risks
* Maintain clear communication across all teams
* Senior operations or practice management experience
* Strong HR, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Experience with back-office systems
* Knowledge of compliance frameworks
