Bellrock is a technology‑driven facilities and property management provider that has enjoyed rapid growth both organically and through acquisitions and mergers over the past few years. This is an IT Technician and Customer Service role based in our Leicester office. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for technology to join our busy IT Department with great customer‑service skills to support our on‑site and remote employees.
The IT team provides support for over 1,500 users across multiple sites located throughout England and Scotland. The successful candidate will have a can‑do attitude, excellent phone manners, and be confident under pressure. The role will be office‑based five days a week with occasional travel to other sites when required. The successful candidate will be performing general first and second line IT support duties as part of the IT Service Desk role as well as assisting with the integrations of our most recent acquisitions.
Primarily providing hardware, software, audio‑visual and user support to on‑site users while also communicating and assisting the wider IT department and remote sites via remote support. On‑the‑job training will be provided by means of mentoring and guidance from senior members of the team.

As a Digital ServiceDesk Engineer with Bellrock, you’ll do it by…
* Provide end‑user IT support both in person and over the phone
* Log, prioritise and take ownership of IT Service Desk tickets through to resolution
* Set up new user accounts, profiles and Office 365 mailboxes
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with PCs, laptops, mobiles, conference equipment, printers and other IT devices
* Configure mobile and tablet devices on MDM platforms (Intune)
* Maintain our IT Asset Register
* Install and configure operating systems and applications
What does it take?
* Broad knowledge of a wide range of Information Technology systems
* Basic network troubleshooting skills
* Configuring Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems
* Ability to troubleshoot & repair hardware and software issues
* Computer imaging
* Active Directory – users and computers, security groups and Group Policy Objects
* Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications including Teams
* Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 online administration
* Audio‑visual and conference equipment support
* Minimum of three years’ experience working in an IT environment
* Five GCSEs grade A–C
* ITIL certifications advantageous
* Microsoft certifications advantageous
* Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills
* Exceptional time management
* Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Working arrangements
