WTS is expanding and looking for experienced wind or industrial technicians to join us as Contract Technical Trainers in Blyth, Northumberland.
This role is for the people others call when the manual doesn't help — technicians who can diagnose real problems, explain why things fail, and help others think better on the job.
This is not a slide-delivery role.
It's practical, experience-led training delivered by people who've done the work.

What You'll Do
• Deliver practical, technician-led training (classroom & hands-on)
• Teach fault-finding, troubleshooting, and real-world decision-making
• Share field experience to develop safer, smarter technicians
• Support and influence training content with real site knowledge

• Strong troubleshooters and critical thinkers
