I'm looking for an Interim FP&A Manager to join my clients finance function. This role is critical in driving strategic financial decisions by delivering insightful analysis, robust forecasting, and collaborative business planning. You will partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business to support growth, efficiency, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across multiple departments or business units.
* Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
* Partner with business leaders to understand key drivers and deliver actionable financial insights.
* Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership.
* Assist in scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
* Work closely with Accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with forecasts.
* Drive process improvement initiatives across planning, reporting, and analysis functions.
Requirements
* Experience in SaaS, looking at a similar remit
* Strong modelling skills, hands on approach
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
* Proven track record of building relationships with cross-functional teams.
