Corporate Finance Manager
Supporting the Investment Director, you’ll relish the chance to utilise your experience in transactional work such as Corporate Finance or Transaction Services whilst interacting with stakeholders at all levels, without having to compromise your integrity. As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will be ensuring transactions are moved forwards in a timely fashion. Your involvement will be from the very start. Performing initial analysis and research, following through to completion whilst managing multiple senior stakeholders and problem solving at every turn.
The Key Requirements
* Proven analytical skills with an ability to demonstrate business acumen.
* Exposure and experience in financial modelling and data analytics tools.
* Project management experience within a M&A focused environment with either an advisory or due diligence background.
* Able to show history of building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels whilst working in a small team.
* Resilient approach to working with an understanding of the ebbs and flows of transactional based work.
* An understanding of a technology focused sector or a desire to learn. It would be a bonus if this was Defence or National Security.
Where you’ll work…
You can be based from any of our Romsey, Woking or Gloucester sites but you should expect to spend time in Romsey, and there will be an element of travel involved.

Clearances…
Due to the nature of this role, we require you to be eligible to achieve SC clearance. As a result, you should have resided in the U.K. for the last 5 years.
