OVERVIEW
Ardesia Aesthetics is hiring a Business Analyst to join our founding team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London (4 days in office, 1 day working remotely).
As Business Analyst, you will work closely with the founders across all stages of our clinic acquisition process - from due diligence and deal negotiation to integration planning and execution. You will also play a key role in building and structuring the company’s core corporate functions as we scale.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work directly with the founders to execute clinic acquisitions end-to-end
* Support due diligence, financial analysis, and deal structuring; coordinate legal, financial and operational workstreams
* Develop and implement post-acquisition business / integration plans
* Support the Group Finance Director and Group Head of People in the design and build of our internal corporate functions.
* Create processes and reporting tools to support data-driven decision making
* Act as a strategic thought partner to the founders across key business priorities
* Manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders
* Prepare material for Board of Directors / Investor meetings
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
* Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
* 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, audit, and corporate strategy.
* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
* A builder’s mindset - able to create systems, processes, and structure from scratch.
* Excellent written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
* Proficiency in relevant tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis software.
* Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics or the consumer/retail sector is an advantage.
* Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams
* Can Do attitude, team player, and excited to be part of a mission-driven start-up from the ground up
Salary
£45,000-£55,000 depending on experience + up to 10% bonus
