What you'll be doing:
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and online with professionalism and accuracy
* Administering mortgage accounts (completions, payments, transfers, amendments)
* Managing accounts, including opening, closing, and transfers
* Preparing letters and responding to enquiries
* Performing cashiering duties and supporting internet account processes
What you'll bring:
