Overview

As our whole-school Learning Assistant, you’ll be supporting children from Nursery to Year 6, stepping into classrooms, helping individuals and small groups, joining trips, and being part of the events and activities that make school life so exciting. We are looking for someone who is:

* Highly adaptable and doesn’t love routine.
* Energetic with a can-do attitude.
* Positive and eager to take on a wide variety of tasks.
* Confident working with children of all ages, from our youngest learners to our oldest pupils.
* Ready to support learning, wellbeing, and enrichment in equal measure.
* A team player with a genuine commitment to making a difference.


Responsibilities and expectations

* Support classroom activities and individual or small-group learning.
* Participate in trips and whole-school events, contributing to a positive learning environment.
* Assist with wellbeing, enrichment, and learning support as part of a collaborative team.
* Be proactive, flexible, and ready to engage across age ranges from Nursery to Year 6.
