Your new company Our client is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The hours of work are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The offices are based in Inverclyde and the organisation offers hybrid working upon successful completion of your probation with 3 days in office and 2 days from home. The offices can be easily accessed by public transport and there is also on-site parking. Your new role Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager and working as part of a busy and productive team, your responsibilities will be varied. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to; invoice processing, matching, batching and coding of invoices, investigating discrepancies & issues, handling supplier queries, mailbox management and general associated tasks. You will also get involved with process improvement and project work. What you'll need to succeed Ideally, you will have experience in an accounts payable/invoicing role. You will be an IT-literate candidate who is comfortable working across a range of systems and picking up new packages quickly. You will have excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with suppliers.
