Are you an Experienced School Receptionist, or looking to transition into the Education sector? Aspire People are currently recruiting for School Recept ionists to work in a busy School environment. You do not have to have specific School experience; however, it would be advantageous. We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated with a friendly yet professional telephone manner.
You must be willing to work on a temporary basis and between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., starting as soon as possible. There will be full-time and part-time positions available throughout the School year which run for varying lengths of time. There may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the Schools, although this is not guaranteed.
Responsibilities
* Welcoming students, guests and parents into the school
* Ensuring safeguarding processes are followed
* Answering telephone calls and filtering as necessary
* Responding to emails
* Letters to parents
* Typing of letters and memos
* Filing, faxing and photocopying
* Dealing with parents and pupils

* Outgoing and have a friendly personality
