The role of a Home Care Assistant involves personal care, meal preparation, medication, and support to access the community. You do not need to drive for the role as you will be based in the one area. We currently offer: Induction training paid once started work. Excellent rates of pay; up to £12.80per hour. Enhancements for weekend working. 30p per mile for drivers. Full support available from team to claim extra 15p per mile from HMRC. (Taking mileage allowance to 45p a mile!).
