Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and contribute to Financial Viability Assessments for residential-led, mixed-use schemes, including negotiation with local authorities/GLA and input into S106 and review mechanisms.
* Build and run development appraisals and Red Book valuation outputs; produce clear, concise client advice.
* Collaborate with planners and cross-firm specialists; represent the team at client meetings and help develop juniors while supporting bids and BD activity.
Essential Requirements:
* RICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer, with strong development valuation foundations.
* Demonstrable experience delivering viability work on residential-led projects, including negotiations with public sector stakeholders.
* Proficiency with Argus Developer and development appraisals (and motivation to become an expert user).
