Job Title: Trainer / Skills Coach – Continuous Improvement Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum Location: Remote, with occasional travel Start Date: Immediate Hours: Full-time We are seeking an experienced and motivated Trainer / Skills Coach to support learners across a range of apprenticeship standards, with a primary focus on Continuous Improvement programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, learner-focused training provider committed to delivering high-quality apprenticeships and developing future leaders. There may also be opportunities to support learners on newly introduced standards, including Data and AI.Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, high-quality coaching to apprentices working towards qualifications up to Level 6 Facilitate interactive workshops, group discussions, and practical learning activities to drive engagement and impact Support learners to develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for successful programme completion Prepare learners for End-Point Assessment (EPA) through tailored learning plans, structured progress reviews, and constructive feedback Monitor learner progress and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with ESFA, Ofsted, and internal quality standards Develop and adapt learning materials to meet individual learner needs, employer requirements, and evolving apprenticeship standards Work collaboratively with delivery, coaching, and compliance teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality learner experience Actively contribute to continuous improvement, quality assurance, and feedback processes Provide pastoral support where required, motivating learners and helping them overcome challenges Engage with employers to provide advice and guidance on apprenticeship delivery, learning outcomes, and workplace integration Requirements Experience coaching, training, or mentoring at a senior or leadership level Strong understanding of the Continuous Improvement apprenticeship standard or similar higher-level programmes A recognised teaching, assessing, or coaching qualification (e.g. CAVA, TAQA, AET, Assessor Coach L4, or equivalent) Strong vocational competence in Lean, Six Sigma, and Project Management Technical knowledge and understanding of Data and AI is highly desirable Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build strong, supportive learner relationships A genuine passion for learner development and achieving strong success outcomes For more information on this opportunity please reach out to Simon Atkins (phone number removed)
