Overview
We invite application for the role of Chief Registrar (ST4 or above) with The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust for the 2026/27 cohort. As a Chief Registrar you will gain senior leadership experience and mentorship from a senior clinical leader within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Mentored by a senior clinical leader to develop an understanding of NHS leadership and management processes.
* Attend modules delivered as part of the RCP’s bespoke development programme covering change management, team culture, quality improvement, leadership, influencing and personal resilience.
* Apply learning to support innovation and service improvement within the Trust.
Eligibility & Qualifications
* Senior trainee at ST4 level or above.
* Full‑time or less‑than‑full‑time training.
* Hold a national training number and full GMC registration.
Visa Sponsorship
The Trust does not sponsor visa for Band 2 clinical and non‑clinical roles, Band 3 non‑clinical roles, or most non‑clinical roles at Agenda for Change Bands 3‑6. Only non‑clinical roles at Agenda for Change Bands 7‑9 that meet the required skill level (RQF 6) and salary threshold are eligible for sponsorship. The Trust also accepts applications from candidates who can evidence their existing right to work in the UK or who hold an alternative eligible visa.
