Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Annandale Servcies for a Retail Store Manager. The Retail Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and the smooth running of retail services. Key responsibilities include supporting the team, optimising store performance, monitoring inventory, implementing loss prevention strategies, and maintaining compliance with company standards while supporting the Gaming area. The role also involves fostering a collaborative team environment and driving customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide outstanding experiences.
* Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with customers, teams, and stakeholders.
* Experience in Store Management, including overseeing operations, team, and workflow.
* Leadership capability, organisational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
* Prior experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
