This role is perfect for someone who has the ability to learn technical skills quickly. You will be joining our small and friendly team at a key time as we implement a new helpdesk solution. You will provide excellent customer service to schools across the Trust via the helpdesk, as well as providing on site support for our colleagues in the Central Team. Supporting the build and deployment of devices and maintaining the asset register, this role is the perfect opportunity for someone who has ambitions to develop their IT knowledge and skills. You will be learning via an Apprenticeship, and upon completion of your qualification, your professional development will be reviewed with further opportunities to enhance your knowledge. The successful candidate will also contribute to important Trust IT projects and do work shadowing with colleagues, so you get real experience and insight to develop your skills. You will need to be confident in using the telephone and have good written communication skills to respond to problems.
